Elgin City Football Club are delighted to announce that defender Stephen Bronsky has signed a contract extension with the club.

The 26-year-old who joined City in 2017, will make 2020/21 his fourth season in Black and White.

Speaking after signing his new contract, Bronsky said: “I’m happy to have signed on at Elgin for another season. We are in some pretty unprecedented times so I’m delighted to finally get something sorted and agreed for this year.

“I feel as if there’s some unfinished business to attend to after now last season ended. Hopefully we can go one further this season and push for promotion.

“We have a good group of boys and the majority from last year are still here which is key. I can’t wait to get started.”

Director Isla Benzie added: “We’re delighted to have signed Stephen for another year. Again, this allows the continuity in the squad that performed so well prior to lockdown and it is fantastic that our 2019/20 supporters player of the year is returning to Borough Briggs.
